Foreign media, citing informed sources, report that U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai plans to meet with Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao in Detroit later this month. This meeting would be the highest-level face-to-face talks between officials from the two countries since the balloon incident.
